TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders for products (“Products”) will be accepted by Communitypharmacy.co.nz subject to these terms and conditions. Any person who places orders for Products with communitypharmacy.co.nz (“Customer”) is bound by these terms and conditions.
All information relating to products displayed on this website is to the best of our knowledge, is correct, we cannot guarantee every piece of information.
Community Pharmacy does collect customer information on-line for marketing and promotional purposes as a way of enhancing your shopping experience. This data includes customer information gathered through processing sales transactions. Community Pharmacy respects your privacy and therefore will not disseminate of sell such information. Your privacy is important to us and therefore it remain private.
You have the right to access and check the accuracy of your individual information we hold. Information collected will not be held any longer than required.
The prices of Products listed on the web site are current and we will do our very best to ensure prices remain low and competitive, however we reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. You can tack your order by calling New Zealand Couriers on 0800 800 841 or online on www.nzcouriers.co.nz/html/trackit.html using your ticket number.
Orders are delivered by courier and require a signature or receipt unless approved otherwise by Community Pharmacy.
- All orders under $100 will incur a minimum of $7.50 courier fee for urban areas.
- All orders under $100 will incur a minimum of $8.70 courier fee for non-urban areas.
- Orders over $100 and orders for Viagra will not incur any courier fee.
The Customer may use Visa card subject to authorisation. Any subsequent refund of orders paid for by credit card will be made to the relevant credit card account. No other forms of payment are accepted unless by prior approval.
Decisions for the use of Products remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer also acknowledges that it has not relied on any information or advice given by Community Pharmacy in relation to any products and that is no t liable for damage, loss or expense resulting from the failure to give advice or information or the giving of incorrect advice or information whether or not due to negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
In the case you place an order for product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email and phone within 24-48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you. You may wait until the product is available or replace the product with a substitute product (the order total will be confirmed and adjusted), unless otherwise instructed.
The Customer may only return products , and receive a refund, or we’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Return products must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled.
Once orders are placed and accepted by Community Pharmacy we will not be able to cancel any order except with the consent of Community Pharmacy.
